Carol and Bill Bodnar are lifelong residents of Ashtabula county and love remodeling. We found that fixing up some of Ashtabula’s neglected homes to be a very rewarding experience.
If you’re interested in renting a home in Ashtabula, we hope that you would consider us to be your landlord. We don’t believe in renting homes that we wouldn’t live in ourselves. In fact many of the homes we offer, are homes that we have lived in ourselves.
